Psalm 36:5-6
5 Your love, Lord, reaches to the heavens,
your faithfulness to the skies.
6 Your righteousness is like the highest mountains,
your justice like the great deep.
You, Lord, preserve both people and animals.
Reflection
Today I want to remind you that God’s love is indescribable.
There are no words that can fully explain it or express how great it is.
The Bible tells us that God cares for both humans and animals. His love extends over all His creation. But when it comes to human beings, His children, His love is shown in an even deeper way.
Remember this: God gave His own Son to die for us.
So today, even if you feel that your past is not right…
even if you feel that your actions make you unworthy of His love…
Know this: God’s love is far greater than your past.
He forgives.
And remember that the blood Jesus shed on the cross was for you and for me.
That blood washes away sin and iniquity and makes us clean again.
